How Much Does a Party Bus Cost in Las Vegas?

Real numbers, no "call for a quote" games.

In Las Vegas, party buses typically cost $130–$450+ per hour depending on size, date and company. Neon Nights charges a flat $190–$400 per hour by vehicle size — from a 13-passenger luxury van at $190/hr to a 40-passenger party bus at $400/hr — with no hour minimum and no hidden fees. A deposit locks your date; the balance is due on arrival.

What changes the price?

  • Vehicle size — the biggest factor. Our rates scale by passenger tier, so you never pay for a bigger bus than your crew needs.
  • Trip type — hourly charters bill by the hour; set trips like the Vegas Sign tour or a point-to-point ride have flat starting prices.
  • Date and demand — big fight or festival weekends book out early and can be quoted higher across the whole market. Book ahead.

The per-person math

Party buses look expensive until you split them. A 1–20 passenger bus at $275/hr with 18 friends is about $15 per person, per hour — often less than two drinks at a Strip club, with the pregame rolling the whole way.

Watch for these fees elsewhere

Many Las Vegas companies add 2–4 hour minimums, fuel surcharges, mandatory gratuity percentages, or "service fees" at checkout. Our quote by text is the whole number: hourly rate × hours (or the flat trip price), deposit up front, balance on arrival. Tips are appreciated, never required.

Quick answers

What is the cheapest way to rent a party bus in Las Vegas?

Pick the smallest vehicle size that fits your group, ride on a weeknight or Sunday, and split the cost per person. With no hour minimum at Neon Nights, you can also book a single hour instead of paying for time you will not use.

Do your prices include gratuity?

Tips are never required or auto-added. If your driver made the night, anything you add is appreciated and goes straight to them.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your quote is the hourly rate times your hours, or the flat trip price. A deposit locks the date and the balance is due on arrival. No fuel surcharges, no service fees.

Is hourly or flat-rate cheaper?

For a single ride between two spots, a flat-rate trip is usually cheaper. If you want the bus to stay with you between stops, hourly is the better deal. Text us your plan and we will price both.
